About Guatemala

	The Guatemalan staff has grown yearly to where now God has blessed us with a physician, nurse, dentist, social worker, psychologist, three school directors, 14 elementary teachers, 6 junior high teachers, 3 full time tutors, a welder, 2 guards, 3 cooks, a laundry person, 2 bilingual secretaries and 12 nannies for the babies. This total of 49 personnel are paid staff. A talented and loving group of Americans raise their own support in order to live and work here with the children. Renee was born in the United Kingdom and is in her 70s. She wears most of the staff into the ground with her work ethic. It is tiring just watching her go.

Bob and Pamela Brownlee Maintenance		More about me »
Bob arrived, for the second time, at Casa Aleluya in November 2007. Having served with us for a few years previously, his experience will allow him to hit the ground running. He will be a blessing in the area of maintenance.

Jack and Carolyn Ciak Esperanza Dorm Parents, Children’s ministry team leader		More about us »
Jack and Carolyn joined us in June 2005 to be the much needed parents for the teenage girls in Esperanza.

Mike and Dottie Clark Founders		More about us »
Mike and Dottie are the "Papi" and "Mami" of the home. They started the home in 1989 and have grown it from a handful of kids to hundreds.

Adam Clemmons Mentor to Career boys, maintenance		More about me »
Thinking he was headed for a career in coaching, Adam took a time out and joined our staff in Jauary 2007. He mentors the career boys and helps out in many other areas of need.

Alison Davis Doncellas Dorm parent		More about me »
After a day visit to Casa Aleluya while on a medical mission trip, Alison traded in her job caring for medically fragile babies to mentor and care for a houseful of teenage girls. She arrived in May of 2007 and was immediately introduced to the ups and downs of dorm parenting.

Debbie manages Build Your House on the Rock Ministries from the US and has been Mike and Dottie's secretary since the home began.

David and Regina Lease Buen Pastor Dorm Parents, Sponsorship Manager, Team Coordinator		More about us »
David and Regina are house parents for Buen Pastor, the teenage boys facility. They were pastors in West Virginia prior to coming on the mission field. Regina also coordinates the Guatemalan aspect of our child sponsorship program.

John and Aimee Miller Los Estrellitas Dorm Parents		More about us »
John and Aimee joined us in August of 2007. They will parent the young boys in Las Estrellitas. Since the dorm’s creation in 2002, this is the first time these children have both a mother and a father to parent them.

Mike and Carla Parker Youth Ministry		More about us »
Mike and Carla joined us in June of 2008. Mike and Carla will be serving in a youth pastor role. They will be developing new programs for the kids like Upward basketball and soccer, small group Bible studies, Boy Scouts, craft classes, and much more...

Tim and Patty Ruth Vencedores Dorm Parents, Maintenance		More about me »
Tim arrived in November 2004 not knowing he would soon become a missionary. He currently takes care of our abundant maintenance and auto repair needs. Tim and Patty married in January 2007 and took over the 10-12 year old boys dorm.

Ginny Vine Mentor, Career Girls		More about me »
Ginny arrived in September of 2007. The dorm she would lead, the career girls’ dorm, was still under construction. Ginny will mentor our high school girls and help prepare them for life beyond Casa Aleluya. Though this age group can live fairly independently, they are still in need of Godly direction and care in their lives.

Angie Wyatt Dishroom & dining hall manager, Household supplies manager		More about me »
Angie joined the staff in January 2005. Her main responsibilities include supervising the dishroom and helping manage the kitchen inventories.
