This morning when we woke up, it was cool. Bob said I shouldn't have cut his hair because he knew that would make the weather turn cool. I doubt that it was his hair, but the weather did turn cool and rainy today. I had to get out a jacket to keep warm on the way over to prayer. After prayer it was time to go over to Ms. Rene's sewing room again and sew the last of the ID wallets for the boys. Well, not the last, but the last I had materials for.
Came back to Jan's and we got all the materials we have collected and made for the classes. We took inventory, so to speak, and made a list of what we have and what we need. Tomorrow we will go to Antigua and see if we can find the fabric and a few other things we need for the rest of the classes. We also tried to put the children into groups so we could schedule the classes. It looks like we will be having four groups a day - two in the morning and two in the afternoon. That should make for a very busy vacation for the children and for us.
The classes for the American staff will begin the first week of September, so we are trying to get that together first. We will use a power point presentation with them since we will not be able to get the printing that Amber and Scott are doing for us, down here to use for that class. They should be able to understand the concepts pretty easily with the hand outs and the ppt.
As you can see, this is an exciting and busy time for us. Your prayers and support are really helping us get this all done. Thank you so much for all your help. I know you must realize this, but, in case you don't, let me tell you that we appreciate you so much. We could not do this without your help. I know God is going to bless you for all your efforts on our behalf. So, thank you! :-)
Until next time, I love and miss you all.
In His Service,
Pamela
